KARACHI: Minister for Education Shafqat Mahmood said on Wednesday that the PTI government is committed to homogeneous development across the country.
Talking to media after visiting the Jinnah Mausoleum along with PTI MPAs from Karachi, he said Prime Minister Imran Khan had categorically directed the federal and provincial governments to work together for the welfare of the public.
He further said the people who looted the country must be held accountable.
Meanwhile, Minister for Religious Affairs Noorul-Haq Qadri, in a message on the 143rd birth anniversary of Muhammad Ali Jinnah, said that all the religions in Pakistan enjoy equal rights as per the directives of the father of the nation.
He also extended greetings to the Christian community in Pakistan and across the world on the occasion of Christmas. He said the incumbent government is committed to ensuring the constitutional rights of all the minorities residing in Pakistan.
