AGP submits draft proposal seeking rotation of Islamabad’s lower court judges

Attorney General of Pakistan (AGP) Anwar Mansoor Khan has submitted a draft proposal to the Supreme Court suggesting to revive the practice of posting Islamabad judiciary’s judges to the federal ministries, a local media outlet reported on Saturday.

The proposal was submitted as the apex court is currently hearing a petition seeking to change rules regarding the appointment, posting and transfer of  judges of Islamabad’s subordinate judiciary.
