KARACHI: An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Friday rejected the bail plea of four policemen pertaining to an encounter in which a boy was killed.
The ATC dismissed the bail plea filed by four policemen – Tariq Khan, Waheed, Akbar, and Shoukat, who were involved in the alleged fake police encounter that took place on Shahra-e-Faisal on 20 January 2018 in which 27-year-old Maqsood Ali was shot dead. He was a tailor by profession and lone brother of five sisters.
The case was registered against the four accused at Shahra-e-Faisal police station.
