PESHAWAR: A couple was shot dead by unidentified armed men in Charkha Khel area here on Sunday.
According to police sources, unidentified armed men barged into a house and opened fire at the husband and his wife, killing them on the spot. The assailants managed to flee from the scene after the incident.
The dead bodies were shifted to hospital for autopsy. The case of the incident was lodged, the investigation was underway into the incident.
