ISLAMABAD: District and Sessions West judge Sohail Nasir on Wednesday released an accused involved in a murder case after a compromise was struck between the accused and the victim parties.
A resident of the Bandi Mansoor area of Abbottabad district had murdered a 13-year-old Muhammad Zain, a resident of Hafizabad district over a dispute in the Ramna Police Station limits in January this year.
The police had registered a case under Section 302/34 of the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC) and arrested the accused and produced the challan before the court. The victims’ heirs submitted the affidavits in front of the court for a compromise between the two parties over the matter against which the judge ordered to release the accused.
