LAHORE: National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Lahore has attained important records of the Orange Line Metro Train (OLMT), Metro Bus and the Rawalpindi Bus projects in the probe against Lahore Development Authority’s (LDA) former director general Ahad Khan Cheema.
According to sources in NAB, the bureau has received the documentary evidence of certified audit objections regarding the mega projects.
NAB had earlier written to Mass Transit Authority’s general manager seeking the records.
The case against Ahad Cheema and other suspects will be taken forward after reviewing the reports.
The Lahore metro bus project was completed in the tenure of Ahad Cheema while he also played a pivotal role in the OLMT.
