ISLAMABAD: All scheduled banks in the country have been directed by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) to provide details of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) foreign funding to the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP).
On the other hand, PTI had already moved the IHC regarding the matter and sought a directive from a single bench of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) to declare the scrutiny being conducted by the ECP as void and unlawful.
The IHC division bench is set to conduct the hearing on Wednesday.
