FAISALABAD: A post-mortem analysis revealed on Monday said that two minors who were allegedly tortured and thrown in a pond two days ago died due to asphyxiation.
While intially it was suggested that the seven-year-old Ayyan and three-year-old Rehan were murdered, the latest reports reveals that they died because of lack of oxygen.
The bodies were found in a pond by police on Sunday.
Family members of the boys believed that the two boys were kidnapped and tortured before being murdered.
Two men have yet been arrested over the course of the investigation.
