MANDI BAHAUDDIN: Armed men gunned down their opponent in the premises of the court on Tuesday.
Police arrested one accused while others managed to escape.
Police said that armed men sprayed bullets at their opponent who had come to appear in Malakwal Civil Court to pursue a case.
As a result of firing, the man was killed on the spot.
The body was shifted to hospital for postmortem and the police after registering a case into the incident started raids to arrest the culprits who are still at large.
