LAHORE: The Judicial Commission of Pakistan has recommended the elevation of Peshawar High Court (PHC) Chief Justice (CJ) Yahya Afridi to the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
The meeting of the judicial commission for appointment of judges was held at the Supreme Court’s Lahore Registry and was presided over by Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar being the chairman of the commission.
