Lawyers of 35 accused completes arguments in Mashal murder case

ABBOTTABAD: Lawyers of 35 accused in Mashal Khan murder case Friday completed their arguments in Abbottabad Anti-Terrorist Court (ATC) at Camp Court Central Jail Haripur, while rest of the lawyers representing the other accused would finish their arguments on Saturday’s hearing.

According to the details, ATC Judge Fazal Subhan is hearing Mashal Khan murder case, a student of the mass communication department of the Abdul Wali Khan University, Mardan. The court would deliver its verdict after completion of arguments from both sides.

KP prosecution team comprising of Senior Public Prosecutor Shahab Khattak, Ayaz Khan Advocate and Barrister Amir were present on the occasion.
