TEVTA, TRG to train 2,000 youth to work at call centers

LAHORE: Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) Chairman Irfan Qaiser Sheikh Thursday said that the authority, in collaboration with The Resource Group (TRG) would impart training to 2,000 unemployed youth across the province.

He expressed these remarks during a meeting with TRG Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Nadeem Elahi at TEVTA secretariat here.

Irfan Qaiser Sheikh said that the trained persons would work at call centres and earn up to Rs50,000 per month. He said that technical training was need of the hour and TEVTA was providing the best skills to equip youth to meet the employment needs.
