ABBOTTABAD: The Anti-Terrorist Court (ATC) Abbottabad on Friday recorded the statement of Mashal Khan’s father Iqbal Khan pertaining to the lynching case and adjourned the hearing till January 4.
During the hearing, ATC judge Fazal Subhan recorded the statement of Iqbal, who was also the litigant of the murder case, while the lawyers of the accused also completed their cross-examination.
On the occasion, KP prosecution team comprising Senior Public Prosecutor Shahab Khattak, Ayaz Khan Advocate, and Barrister Amir and lawyers of accused Masood Azhar Advocate, Fazal Haq Abbassi, Javed Tanooli and Riaz Yousufzai were also present.
