The application is connected to the official website of the Press Information Department, specifically developed and maintained for all the general public to obtain all the latest updates on the government policies, announcements and information.
The Press Information Department is the principal department of the Ministry of Information, Broadcasting and National Heritage headed by Principal Information officer (PIO). The department is working since 1947 with the mission to establish an authentic source for timely dissemination of information to people through all forms of media.
