KARACHI: Sindh Chief Secretary Rizwan Memon has directed that the development projects in the province should be completed on time.
He was presiding over a meeting of the administrative secretaries, says a statement here on Sunday.
Memon also emphasised that potable water should be made available to the people in the province.
He further instructed that the compliance of court orders should be ensured.
The Chief Secretary called for an evolving mechanism for the functioning of the combined effluent treatment plants in industrial areas.
Also speaking on the occasion, the environment secretary presented a progress report regarding the activation of the water laboratories of Karachi and Hyderabad.
