LAHORE: Renowned religious scholar Maulana Tariq Jameel paid a visit to ousted prime minister Nawaz Sharif at his Raiwind residence on Thursday.
During this visit, he enquired about the health of Nawaz’s wife, Kulsoom Nawaz, who is currently undergoing treatment for lymphoma.
Tariq Jameel also gave Nawaz some wazeefas (religious texts) to recite which will help him through the ongoing crisis.
