NOWSHERA: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) arrested eight persons, including urologist of Hayat Medical Complex (HMC), for the illegal kidney transplant on Tuesday.
A team of Multan’s FIA conducted an operation in tehsil Pabbi of district Nowshera in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP).
During the raid, the urologist of HMC Peshawar was arrested along with seven assisting staffers engaged in illegal transplantation of kidney.
The detainees were being interrogated by FIA.
