KARACHI: The Sindh Law Department notified that on completion of 25 years of qualifying service Additional District and Sessions Judge (BPS-20) Manzoor Ahmed Memon, stood retired from service with effect from April 19, 2017, at his own request.
On his services having been placed at the disposal of Government of Sindh and with the approval of the competent authority that is the chief minister, District and Sessions Judge (BS-21) Abdul Rasheed Shah is appointed as Presiding Officer, Sindh Labour Court no. VII, Sukkur with immediate effect, against the post lying vacant, said an official statement on Wednesday
