Capital Development Authority (CDA) has introduced E-filing system for its official working and it will be implemented in phases in different CDA directorates.
CDA Administration member Muhammad Yasir Peerzada is heading the project for introduction and implementation of E-filing in the authority. Peerzada said that the present administration was focusing on introduction of safe, secure, speedy and cost effective administrative system in civic body.
E-filing system was order of the day around the world, he said adding, ‘We want to be competitive to international trends and techniques’. The newly introduced E-filing system had been prepared and installed in CDA by National Information Technology Board (NITB).
The NITB-installed system was capable of preparing, moving and check and balance of files with reliable security system. In this regard, Administration Directorate of CDA has issued a letter conveying that in order to introduce E-enabled environment in the authority, E-office application has been introduced in collaboration with NITB.
The referred letter further conveys that more forward with the initiatives preliminary training regarding application site had already been completed by the employees working in directorates falling under administrative control of Administration member, CDA and most of them have been equipped with required facilities.
The copies of the letter for compliance and information have been forwarded to all Directors Generals and Directors with instruction for strict compliance.
