KARACHI: Karachi in past four months has been engulfed in pollution, which has caused an alarming increase in eye related diseases causing severe vision loss or blindness.
According to eye specialists, dust, smoke and heaps of garbage at every nook and corner is giving rise to eye problems.
The experts said that those living in coastal areas fall prey to eye diseases more due to which they need to take proper precautionary measures.
The locals said that ongoing development projects are creating difficulties for the people and that proper cleanliness should be the utmost priority of government if these problems need to be solved.
