ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Judicial Magistrate Haider Shah on Saturday directed police to submit a complete charge sheet against a suspended additional district and sessions judge and his wife who are accused of torturing and abusing child maid Tayyaba within two weeks.
During the proceedings, the court accepted plea of accused Raja Khurram and his wife Maheen Zafar to allow them to not appear in court on February 25.
The court has directed the accused to appear on March 25, and the hearing was adjourned till that date.
