RAWALPINDI: A female pocket picker was caught red handed from Moti Bazaar within the jurisdiction of City police.
According to media reports, a pocket picker was arrested by the city police while stealing a purse in Moti Bazaar.
Anjuman -e -Tajran Central President Shahid Ghafoor Paracha had lodged a complaint with the local police that a group of pocket pickers were active in Raja Bazaar, Moti Bazaar and Sabzi Mandi and was of the view that the police could reach this group through this arrested woman.
