Capital Development Authority (CDA) Chairman Maroof Afzal has approved the installation of tube wells for provision of water supply to the residents of Sector E-11 (Northern Strip).
The chairman has accorded approval for installation of tube wells during a meeting, to review the progress of development work and provision of water facilities in the area. He directed the Water Management Wing to install tube wells in Sector E-11 (Northern Strip), as sufficient allocation of funds has already been made in budget of current fiscal year.
On this occasion the CDA chairman was apprised that the Water Management Wing after a comprehensive survey of Sector E-11 (Northern Strip) has selected the sites for installation of these tube wells and after costing and estimation process tender notices of the said work has also been floated in media.
The CDA chairman was further informed that after opening of the tenders, work on the project will be started immediately.
