In the backdrop of Pakistan Day and lack of adequate security arrangements, special polio campaign in the metropolitan city was postponed for one day.
Director Anti-Polio Campaign Mazhar Khameesani told a private television channel on Sunday that the special Sunday circle polio campaign was postponed due to non-availability of sufficient number of security officials.
Officials of the health department said that the anti-polio campaign would be carried out in all districts of the metropolis today (Monday).
