Pakistan’s new Ambassador to United States arrived in Washington on Sunday to lead Pakistan’s diplomatic front for improving relations with USA.
Jalil Abbas Jilani was appointed as the ambassador in this month. Prior to this, he was serving as the foreign secretary. He has also served as a diplomat at the Pakistani embassy in Washington, Deputy High Commissioner in New Delhi and Ambassador to the European Union and Australia.
