An earthquake of mild intensity jolted different parts of Balochistan on Wednesday morning.
According to geological department of PMD the earthquake was measured 5.6 on Richter scale and felt in Kalat and adjoining areas at 8:15am.
Fear gripped the area after the quake and people rushed out of their homes in panic. No human or property loss was reported.
The epicenter of the earthquake was located at a focal depth of 9 km in southwest of Quetta.
