Senate Standing Committee on Communications on Monday discussed the work progress on Hasanabdal Manshera Expressway; Project E- 35. The NHA chairman told that expressway, 110 km long, started from Burhan Interchange (M-1) and ended at Mansehra. Its implementation was planned in two phases: Phase 1, Hasanabdal- Haveli (59km) and Phase 2, Havelian – Manshera (51km).
The meeting was held at Haripur with Senator Ismael Buledi in the chair. Local Member of provincial assembly (MPA) Assad Khan, National Highway Authority (NHA) hazara division chairman, Haripur deputy commissioner and other higher ups were also present in the meeting
