At least three persons were killed while 15 others injured when a passenger van plunged into Neelam River, police said.
The van was on the way to Muzaffarabad from Nosehri when the incident occurred.
According to eyewitnesses, the accident occurred due to over-speeding, and thatthere were 20 passengers in the van.
After the incident, police and rescue teams reached the site and started relief activities. The injured and bodies were shifted to Muzaffarabad Hospital.
Police has started the investigations of the incident.
