Dr James Shera

The writer is a recipient of Sitara-e-Pakistan, MBE and Formanite Award. He is an educationist and councillor from Ben Ward for the tenth consecutive time. He was also Mayor of Rugby and leader of Labour Group in Rugby Borough Council.
