Lahore: Police in Lahore said they have arrested a man accused of harassing a Filipino woman and making obscene gestures toward her in daylight in the Defence B area.
According to police, the suspect was identified as Hasnain. He was taken into custody within hours after a complaint was filed by the woman’s husband, Ihekandu Ikechi Simon.
Police said the incident took place when the accused allegedly saw the woman outside her residence and began harassing her through inappropriate conduct. Following the complaint, a police team headed by the SHO of Defence B moved quickly, traced the suspect and arrested him within a few hours.
