Sarah Ferguson Faces Health Crisis As Royal Family Faces Fresh Turmoil
Sarah Ferguson seeks treatment at a Swiss wellness clinic as her health deteriorates amidst renewed scrutiny of her past and her ex-husband, Prince Andrew's legal troubles.

Sarah Ferguson, the former Duchess of York, has reportedly checked into a high-end wellness clinic in Switzerland as renewed scrutiny surrounds her past association with Jeffrey Epstein and developments involving her ex-husband, Ex-Prince Andrew.
According to reports, the 66-year-old traveled to Zurich to stay at the Paracelsus Recovery Clinic, a private facility specializing in mental health treatment, addiction recovery and discreet personalized care. The clinic is said to charge upwards of $17,500 per night.

Sources told the Daily Mail that Ferguson had already spent time at the clinic shortly after Christmas, remaining there through late January. Insiders claim she views the facility as a supportive environment during periods of emotional strain. Her representatives have not publicly commented.
The move follows the arrest of Ex-Prince Andrew on suspicion of misconduct in public office, allegations he strongly denies. He was questioned for several hours before being released under investigation.
While there is no suggestion that Ferguson has committed any crime, legal experts say police could potentially seek to question her as a witness should she return to the UK, depending on the scope of the inquiry.

Ferguson, who divorced Andrew in 1996 but has remained publicly supportive of him, lost her Duchess of York title in October 2025 amid fallout connected to the Epstein scandal. Despite ongoing controversy, sources previously indicated she continues to stand by her former husband.
As investigations continue, the situation adds further pressure to a Royal Family already navigating one of its most challenging periods in recent years.
