Prince William threatens action against Prince Andrew’s children as tensions over Royal lodge escalate

Tensions between Prince William and his uncle, Prince Andrew, have escalated over the Royal Lodge residence, with reports suggesting that William allegedly threatened to take extreme action against Andrew’s daughters, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie.

In a recent episode of the News Agents podcast, journalist Emily Maitlis claimed that William met with the princesses and told them, “You’ve got to get your dad to move out of Royal Lodge; otherwise, we will start reexamining the state of your own titles.” Maitlis suggested that pressure was being applied on Beatrice and Eugenie to convey the gravity of the situation to their father.

Despite this, a report in The Sun denied that such a meeting took place, asserting that William does not have the authority to strip the princesses of their titles.

Prince Andrew, who has long lived rent-free at Royal Lodge, is reportedly resisting leaving and has demanded Frogmore Cottage, the former residence of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. Meanwhile, his ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson, is seeking to move into Adelaide Cottage after William and Kate Middleton vacate it.

Sources close to the royal family indicate that the king has been wanting the couple out of Royal Lodge for some time, especially given the ongoing controversy surrounding Andrew’s connections to the late Jeffrey Epstein. However, the stakes have now become much higher amid the escalating media frenzy.
