White House-inspired mansion under construction in Pakistan

SARGODHA: A mansion resembling the iconic White House is being built in Sargodha, Punjab, capturing the attention of locals and passersby.

Located on Faisalabad Road, this three-storey residence spans an acre of land and is currently in its fourth year of construction. The design closely mimics the White House, featuring spacious rooms, a meeting hall, an elevator, and a dome-shaped structure that adds to its grandeur.

Experts predict that the mansion will be completed in another year. To enhance its aesthetic appeal, rare plants and decorative materials from both domestic and international sources are being used.

The mansion has already gained significant attention for its unique design and is becoming a point of fascination across the country.

The White House, located in Washington, D.C., is the official residence and workplace of the U.S. president, serving as the home of every U.S. president since John Adams in 1800. The term “White House” is also used to refer to the executive office of the U.S. president.
