ATC sentences three men to life imprisonment for kidnapping

MULTAN: An anti-terrorism court sentenced three men to life imprisonment for kidnapping Sajid Raza in 2024.

District and Sessions Judge Zulfiqar Ali announced the verdict after the trial proved Muhammad Asif, Ilyas, and Nadeem Abbas guilty of abducting Sajid near Bahawalpur Bypass in Mumtazabad to extort ransom.

The case was registered under Sections 365, 365A, 382, and 109 of the Pakistan Penal Code. Inspector Shaukat Hayat led the investigation and submitted the challan based on evidence.
