Karachi summers

In recent years, Karachi has been experiencing increasingly hot and humid summers. The people must undertake due initia- tives in this regard. The only solution to the problem is by way of taking a long-term view of the changing weather pattern. They should plant and care for trees in their neighbourhoods. Every household should cultivate indoor plants that not only enhance oxygen production, but also contribute to a healthier living environment. Moreover, it is imperative for the government to declare a green emergency in the city, discourage deforestation and promoting urban forests. These green spaces will elevate oxygen levels, reduce carbon emissions, enhance air quality, and positively impact the mental wellbeing of the people. And who does not need mental wellbeing?
