It appears that officials of the Sindh traffic police are in a race among themselves to see who issues the highest number of challans on the roads. Instead of improving the flow of traffic, constables standing in groups remain sharply focussed on stopping vehicles randomly and creating bottlenecks during rush hours. This practice has to stop as it is creating a lot of inconvenience to the road users.
