Rented houses

The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) should register all rented houses in the country for income tax collection. The landlords should be paying the tax, while those paying the rent must be earning at least 2-3 times as much every month. With a bit of diligence, the FBR will surely be able to collect a lot more revenue in taxes than is the case currently.
