42 new corona cases reported, no death in 24 hours

LAHORE: Pakistan has reported 42 new cases novel coronavirus with no death during the past 24 hours. With the news reported cases, the number of confirmed positive cases has surged to 1,574,868 while the nationwide tally of fatalities stands at 30,630 on Saturday.

According to the latest figures by the National Institute of Health (NIH), at least 42 persons were tested positive for Covid-19 across the country during the past 24 hours.

Pakistan has conducted 6,054 tests in the past 24 hours out of which 42 persons were tested positive for the disease. The COVID Positivity Ratio was recorded at 0.69 percent.
