ISLAMABAD: The senators of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Friday wore black armbands and protested against the arrest of PTI Senator Azam Swati.
During the Senate session, the PTI senators protested in the House and tore up the copies of the agenda.
They also chanted “Release Azam Swati” slogans in the Senate. Dr Afnan pointed out the quorum.
The quorum was incomplete; therefore, the Senate deputy chairman adjourned the session till 4pm on Monday.
