MURIDKE: In a heart-wrenching incident, a man killed his five-year-old daughter for not going to school in Muridke tehsil of Sheikhupura on Sunday.
According to details, the incident took place here in the limits of the city police station. After taking the life of his little daughter, Hadia, the suspect took her to the graveyard to bury her body but was apprehended by the police at the scene.
On the arrival of the police, the suspect left the body and fled from the graveyard.
One of the neighbours, Sajida Bibi, said that the suspect had also been beating Hadia two days ago.
“Efforts are on to nab the culprit,” a police spokesperson said.
