LAHORE: The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Tuesday ordered Haseeb Waqas, a cousin of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif, to auction his sugar mill over non-payment of debt.
The LHC heard a petition filed by the Bank of Punjab (BoP) against Haseeb Waqas over no payment of loan acquired from the bank.
The court ordered Waqas to put his sugar mill up for court auction and sought a report on September 12.
