SARGODHA: A 10-year-old boy, abducted earlier, was found dead here in Kirana police jurisdiction.
According to Police sources that some unidentified persons kidnapped Bilal son of Muhammad Gulab from chak 31/SB some three days back on Friday.
After the parent’s inability to pay the ransom, the accused slaughtered the boy with a sharp weapon and threw his body in the nearby fields.
The police team recovered and shifted the body to a hospital for postmortem.
Police registered a case and started an investigation.
