MASTUNG: A Pakistan Air Force (PAF) pilot on a training mission was martyred on Wednesday as his aircraft crashed in the Khad Koocha area of Mastung.
“The F-7PG aircraft, while on a routine operational training mission, crashed near Mastung. The pilot of the aircraft embraced martyrdom in this tragic accident,” the PAF said in a statement.
Air Headquarters has ordered the formation of a board of inquiry to investigate the incident as Mastung Deputy Commissioner Mumtaz Khetran said a parachute was found on the site of the crash.
