Expanding the definition related to misconduct in the Constitution could help in addressing the issue of incompetence of judges if any, according to Federal Minister for Law and Justice Farogh Naseem.
The minister was referring to the definition of misconduct given in the Constitution’s Article 209.
He was speaking it at the swearing-in ceremony of the recently elected office-bearers of the Karachi Bar Association (KBA).
Moreover, he also said that the bars had an important role to play when it came to the dispensation of justice.
