ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Army helicopters rescued five persons including a woman and two girls stranded in Sawan River near Swan Bridge, Rawalpindi.
The individuals got stuck in the river due to the sudden rise of water level, an ISPR press release said on Wednesday.
All have been evacuated to a safer place.
