LAHORE: A trailer truck got stuck while crossing Jail Road’s underpass on Friday night, killing one man and injuring another.
According to the eye-witnesses, the driver crossed the blocker sign misjudging the height of the underpass, while knocking the vehicle against the upper frame of the structure.
Furthermore, the accident caused a massive traffic jam where commuters faced difficulties reaching their destination.
Police and rescue teams arrived on the spot and shifted the deceased and the injured victim to the nearby hospital.
