CHINIOT: Suspecting her to be an informant for the police, gunmen shaved a woman’s head in Sardraywala village.
Ehsanullah, Azmatullah and Akram Bhatti held the victim, Razia Bibi, hostage and then shaved her head with a razor, according to police.
Bhatti was arrested two years ago and he suspected that Razia along with her husband had informed on him.
Azmat and Bhatti were arrested while Ehsan fled the scene.
