Maulana Fazl appeals UNSG to take notice of Indian atrocities in IOK

ISLAMABAD: National Assembly (NA) Kashmir Committee Chairman Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman has appealed to the United Nations Secretary-General (UNSG) to take an urgent notice of the atrocities, especially harassment of women by Indian forces in Indian Occupied Kashmir (IOK).

In a statement on Thursday, he demanded that an independent commission should investigate gross human rights violations in IOK.

Maulana also demanded the Modi government to talk to Kashmiris in order to alleviate their sufferings and resume a comprehensive dialogue process with Pakistan.
