HARNAI: An earthquake jolted the Harnai district of Balochistan on Saturday but no causalities or property damages were reported.
However, locals were seen vacating their homes in panic.
According to the geological wing of PMD (Pakistan Meteorological Department), tremors measuring 3.5 on the Richter scale were also felt in surrounding areas including Ziarat and Loralai.
The epicentre of the quake was stated to be 30 km east of Harnai, 25 kilometres beneath the earth’s crust.
