ISLAMABAD: Hon’ble Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mr Justice Mian Saqib Nisar has taken notice of the reported shifting of accused Shahrukh Jatoi and others from jail to a hospital after the cancellation of bail from Supreme Court (SC) of Pakistan.
Taking notice of the issue, the CJP has asked for a report from the Sindh Jails Inspector General (IG) within 24 hours.
